Mr. Wormwood called the regular September meeting of the Town of Watertown Zoning Board of Appeal to order at 7:00 p.m.
Motion 8-21: Motion by Mr. Wormwood, seconded by Mrs. Knapp to accept the minutes of the August 2, 2021 meeting as written and distributed.
Ayes All: Motion Carried.
VARIANCE REQUEST
Avichal Corp – 19784 Cady Road – Tax Map #90.18-1-28 – Variance Request of Front Setback Requirements on Cady Road and County Route 62 for a Canopy Over Gas Pumps at a Proposed Convenient Store/Gas Station.
Tom Ross and Adam Storino, Storino Geomatics, approached the board asking for a variance of setback requirements on Cady Road and County Route 62 for a canopy over gas pumps at a proposed Convenience Store/Gas Station located at 19784 Cady Road, Tax Map #90.18-1-28. Discussion followed.
Motion 9-21: Motion by Mr. Wormwood, seconded by Mr. Dulmage to schedule a public hearing for Avichal Corp, 19784 Cady Road for a variance of front setback requirements for a canopy over gas pumps on Cady Road and County Route 62 for Monday, October 4, 2021 at 7:00 p.m.
Ayes All: Motion Carried.
Motion 10-21: Motion by Mr. Wormwood, seconded by Mrs. Knapp to adjourn the meeting at 7:10 p.m.
