Mr. Boxberger called the regular June meeting of the Town of Watertown Planning Board to order at 3:00 p.m.
Motion 51-22: Motion by Mr. Smith, seconded by Mr. MacAdam to accept the minutes of the May 9, 2022 meeting as written and distributed.
Ayes All: Motion Carried.
Motion 52-22: Motion by Mr. Boxberger, seconded by Mr. MacAdam to reschedule the July meeting of the Town of Watertown Planning Board to Wednesday, July 6, 2022 at 3:00 p.m.
Ayes All: Motion Carried.
PUBLIC HEARING – SUBDIVISION

Tom Storino, Storino Geomatics, on behalf of St. Croix Leasing, submitted a completed application and proposed plans for a lot line adjustment and 2 lot subdivision at 17086 US Route 11 – Tax Map #90.20-4-18 and 17096 US Route 11 – Tax Map #73.19-1-5.1. Discussion followed.
It is the consensus of the Board that they have no problems with the proposed lot line adjustment and will act on this request after the July 6 public hearing on the 2 lot subdivision.
Motion 55-22: Motion by Mrs. Desormo, seconded Mr. Boxberger to schedule a public hearing for a 2 lot subdivision for St. Croix Leasing, 17086 US Route 11, Tax Map #90.20-4-18 & 17096 US Route 11, Tax Map #73.19-1-5.1 on Wednesday, July 6, 2022 at 3:00 p.m.

Mike Romeo – 24353 Gotham Street Road – Tax Map #83.18-1-7 – 2 Lot Subdivision
Mike Romeo approached the Board regarding a 2 lot subdivision at 24353 Gotham Street Road, Tax Map #83.18-1-7. The plans Mr. Romeo submitted were from a lot line adjustment from 2021. Discussion followed.
Mr. Romeo needs to submit 5 copies of updated plans removing the dotted line, a completed application, and SEQR short form.
Motion 56-22: Motion by Mrs. Desormo, seconded by Mr. Boxberger to scheduled a public hearing for a 2 lot subdivision for Mike Romeo, 24353 Gotham Street Road, Tax Map #83.18-1-7 on Wednesday, July 6, 2022 at 3:00 p.m.

FedEx Ground – 21043 County Route 200 – Tax Map #73.20-1-2.14 – Placement of a Mobile Dock – Site Plan.
The comments from the Jefferson County Department of Planning dated 6/1/22 were entered into record (Attachment #1).
Pat Scordo, GYMO, reviewed the proposed plans for the placement of a mobile dock for FedEx Ground at 21043 County Route 200, Tax Map #73.20-1-2.14. Discussion followed.

Motion 57-22: Motion by Mr. MacAdam, seconded by Mr. Smith to grant site plan approval to FedEx Ground, 21043 County Route 200, Tax Map 73.20-1-2.14 for the construction of a mobile dock as shown on plans prepared by Diamond Z Engineering, Inc., Drawing #C-1.B, dated 5/4/22, the mobile dock will be 12′ x 46′, and Page 1 & 2 which are color renderings of the mobile dock, dated 11/11/19.

Motion 58-22: Motion by Mrs. Desormo, seconded by Mr. Boxberger to grant site plan approval for Washington Summit Associates, Inc., 22708 Summit Drive, Tax Map #91.05-1-72 to relocated the AAA Building on US Route 11 to Lot #7 as shown on plans prepared by Mosher Architects, P.C., Site Plan S-1, dated 4/7/22, Sheet A-3, dated 4/7/22, and PH1, dated 12/4/20 from a previous approval, conditional upon receipt of a color rendering.

Motion 61-22: Motion by Mr. Vaas, seconded by Mr. MacAdam to grant a 2 lot subdivision for Anthony & Nora Machia, Tax Map #90.16-1-11.1. Lot #1, 17698 US Route 11 will be 3.56 acres and Lot #2, 17720 US Route 11, will be 1.78 acres as shown on plans prepared by LaFave, White & McGivern, File #9-3, Sheet 1 of 1, with a latest revision date of 4/27/22, conditional upon satisfactory review of lot descriptions.

The Board reviewed the proposed plans for Harry Wilson for a 2 lot subdivision for property located on County Route 60, Tax Map #82.07-1-1.9 Discussion followed.
Motion 62-22: Motion by Mrs. Desormo, seconded by Mr. Boxberger to grant a 2 lot subdivision for Harry Wilson, County Route 60, Tax Map #82.07-1-1.9 as shown on plans prepared by William Dorr, dated 3/15/22, Survey date of 3/8/22, File #22-3. Lot #1 will consist of 2.728 acres, Lot #2 will consist of 0.573 acres, conditional upon receipt of the SEQR, application fee, and satisfactory review of lot descriptions.

Mr. Boxberger announced that the Tug Hill Commission will be reviewing local ordinances regarding 5G towers over the summer and will provide information to the Board so they can start discussing this in the Fall.
