Mr. Boxberger called the reschedule July meeting of the Town of Watertown Planning Board to order at 3:00 p.m.
Jean Waterbury will be a voting member today.
Motion 41-24: Motion by Mr. Smith, seconded by Mrs. Waterbury to accept the minutes of the June 3, 2024 minutes as written and distributed.
Ayes All: Motion Carried.
SITE PLAN
Cala Morgia – 18814 US Route 11 – Tax Map #91.09-1-5/91.09-1-4.1 – Dog Kennel Business – Site Plan
Mike Lasalle, MBL Engineering & Cala Morgia submitted site plans and proposed signage for a dog kennel business at 18814 US Route 11, Tax Map #91.09-1-5. Discussion followed.
Motion 42-24: Motion by Mr. Smith, seconded by Mrs. Waterbury to waive site plan for Cala Morgia’s Dog Kennel Business located at 18814 US Route 11, Tax Map #91.09-1-5/91.09-1-4.1 as this proposed project meets all setback requirements, there is no change to the outside of the existing building, no change to driveway entrance, no changes to lighting, the fenced in area will not be visible to the public, and proposed signage will be addressed separately.
Ayes All: Motion Carried.
A zoning permit and sign application with details still needs to be submitted.
Lawman Facility – Lot #10 – Jefferson County Industrial Park – County Route 200 – Tax Map #73.20-1-2.17 – Site Plan Revisions.
Mike Lundy, owner of 4XL, LLC, for the Lawman Facility presented site plan revisions for Lot #10 in the Jefferson County Industrial Park, County Route 200, Tax Map #73.20-1-2.17.
The revisions include:
• Adding the dimensions to the plans
• submission of JCIDA approval.
Approval from the Jefferson County Highway Department regarding utilities going under the road still needs to be submitted. Discussion followed.
Mr. Lundy will submit a revised drawing showing the walking trail.
Proposed signage will be addressed separately.

Motion 43-24: Motion by Mr. Boxberger, seconded by Mr. Smith to grant site plan approval to Lawman Facility, Lot #10, Jefferson County Industrial Park, County Route 200, Tax Map #73.20-1-2.17 as shown on plans prepared by MBL Engineering, PLLC,
Project# 22-312, Sheets C-001, C-101, C-102, C-103, all with a final revision date of 6/6/24, C-104, C-105 dated 6/6/24, C-106, with a final revision date of 6/6/24, & Elevation Drawings prepared by Lawman Design Build Innovations, Job No. 055-22-008, Drawing No. EV-1, dated 5/6/24, conditional on submission of an updated site plan to include a walking path and receipt of approval from the Jefferson County Highway Department regarding utilities going under the road.

Motion 44-24: Motion by Mrs. Desormo, seconded by Mr. Boxberger to approve signage for CWT Hatchery, 20835 Alexander Drive, Tax Map #82.00-2-1.5 as shown on plans prepared by Lawman Design Build Innovations, Drawing No. CVR, Job #055-22-002, dated 6/3/24, Drawing Index D-1, Sign Details & S-1, Site Plan.

Motion 45-24: Motion by Mr. Smith, seconded by Mrs Waterbury to adjourn the meeting at 3:35 p.m.
