Mr. Boxberger called the re-scheduled regular January meeting of the Town of Watertown Planning Board to order at 3:00 p.m.
Motion 1-24: Motion by Mr. Vaas, seconded by Mr. MacAdam to have Mr. Boxberger and Mrs. Desormo remain as Co-Chairs for the Town of Watertown Planning Board for 2024.
Ayes All: Motion Carried.
Motion 2-24: Motion by Mr. MacAdam, seconded by Mr. Smith to schedule all regular meetings of the Town of Watertown Planning Board for the first Monday of each month as 3:00 PM.
Ayes All: Motion Carried.
Motion 3-24: Motion by Mr. Boxberger, seconded Mr. Vaas to reschedule the March 2024 meeting of the Town of Watertown Planning Board for Monday, March 11, 2024 at 3:00 p.m.
Motion 4-24: Motion Mr. Smith, seconded by Mr. MacAdam to accept the minutes from the December 4, 2023 meeting as written and distributed.
Ayes All: Motion Carried.
LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT
Cynthia Steiner – 18191 County Route 65 – Tax Map #91.12-1-22 – Logan & Ann Curtis – 17871 County Route 156 – Tax Map #91.11-1-41.1 – Lot Line Adjustment.
Patsy Storino, on behalf of Cynthia Steiner & Logan & Ann Curtis, submitted and completed application for a lot line adjust of Tax Map #91.12-1-22 & Tax Map #91.11-1-41.1. Discussion followed.
Motion 5-24: Motion by Mr. MacAdam, seconded by Mr. Smith to approve a lot line adjustment for Cynthia Steiner, 18191 County Route 65, Tax Map #91.12-1-22 and Logan & Ann Curtis, 17871 County Route 156, Tax Map #91.11-1-41.1. The assemblage will consist of taking .414 acres known as Parcel C, Tax Map #91.11-1-41.1 and adding it to an already combined .97 acre Parcel A & B, Tax Map #91.12-1-22 as show on a survey map completed by Patsy Stornio, dated 7/13/09, with a final revision date of 11/28/23, File No. 09-041-Watertown, conditional upon satisfactory review of lot descriptions.

SITE PLAN
AT & T – 22869 County Route 67 – Amendment to Site Plan Approval from September 11, 2023 – Motion 75-23.
Brenda Blask-Lewis, on Behalf of AT & T, approached the Board to amend the site plan from September 11, 2023 to allow AT & T to add a three (3) antenna units to the site plan.
Discussion followed.
Motion 6-24: Motion by Mr. MacAdam, seconded by Mr. Smith to amend Motion 75-23 for AT & T to add a three (3) antenna units to the previously approved site plan. The addition of these units will not change the elevation from the original approval.
Ayes – 4
Abstention – 1
Motion Carried.
SITE PLAN/SPECIAL USE PERMIT
Abby Tausing/The Greenwood Trust – Massey Street Solar East, LLC – 2 MW & 5MW Community Solar Farm – Greenwood Trustee – Tax Map #90.07-1-29.2 – Site Plan/Special Use Permit.
No one was present.
Motion 7-24: Motion by Mr. MacAdam, seconded Mr. Smith to adjourn the meeting at 3:25 p.m.
