Mrs. Desormo called the regular December meeting of the Town of Watertown Planning Board to order at 3:00 p.m.
Jean Waterbury will be a voting member at this meeting due to Mr. Boxberger’s absence.
Motion 99-23: Motion by Mr. MacAdam, seconded by Mr. Smith to accept the minutes from the November 6, 2023 meeting as written and distributed.
Ayes All: Motion Carried.
Motion 100-23: Motion by Mrs. Desormo, seconded by Mr. Vaas to schedule a special workshop meeting for the Town of Watertown Planning Board with the Tug Hill Commission regarding zoning requirements on Wednesday, December 20, 2023 at 2:00 p.m.
Ayes All: Motion Carried.
LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT
RJ Roux – Boulder Ridge Developer, LLC – Tax Map #91.3-1-38.8 & Alan Ricalton, Tax Map #91.13-1-38.2 – Lot Line Adjustment.
RJ Roux and Alan Ricalton presented proposed plans for a lot line adjustment for Tax Map #91.3-1-38.8 and Tax Map #91.13-1-38.2. Discussion followed.
Property owners across the street need to be added to the plans.
Motion 101-23: Motion by Mr. Vaas, seconded by Mr. Smith to approve a lot line adjustment for a portion of Boulder Ridge Developers, LLC (RJ Roux), Tax Map #91.3-1-38.8 and Alan Ricalton, County Route 155, Tax Map #91.13-1-38.2 as shown on plans prepared by Bernier, Carr & Associates, File No. 2007-264.12, dated 11/17/23. The adjustment will consist of removing .0236 acres from Tax Map #91.3-1-38.2 and adding it to Tax Map #91.3-1-38.8, conditional upon satisfactory review of lot descriptions.

Scholastic Structures, Inc., 22643 County Route 196, Tax Map #73.20-1-10.12 & LCO Destiny, LLC, 22719 County Route 196, Tax Map #73.20-1-10.6 – Lot Line Adjustment
Howard Lyndaker, Kovach Land Surveying, PC, on behalf of Scholastic Structures, Inc. & LCO Destiny, LLC, presented proposed plans for a lot line adjustment for Tax Map #73.20-1-10.12 & Tax Map #73.20-1-10.6. Discussion followed.
Motion 102-23: Motion by Mr. MacAdam, seconded by Mr. Smith to approve a lot line adjustment for Scholastic Structures, Tax Map #73.20-1-10.12 & LCO Destiny, LLC, Tax Map #73.20-1-10.6 as shown on plans prepared by Kovack Land Surveying, PC, Survey No. 23181, dated 12/4/23. The adjustment consists of removing .0462 acres from Tax Map #73.20-1-10.6 and adding it to Tax Map #73.20-1-10.12, conditional upon satisfactory review of lot descriptions.

SIGN PERMIT
Label Shopper – 21182 Salmon Run Mall Loop West – Tax Map #82.11-1-50.21-701 – Sign Permit.
The Board review proposed exterior signage for Label Shopper, 21182 Salmon Run Mall Loop West. The exterior sign will be 7′ x 26′ and will be placed where the former DSW sign was on the outside of the building near JC Penney’s. Discussion followed.
Motion 103-23: Motion by Mrs. Desormo, seconded by Mr. Vaas to approve signage for Label Shopper, 21182 Salmon Run Mall Loop West, Tax Map #82.11-1-50.21-701 as shown on plans prepared by Sullaway Engineering, Sheet 1 of 11, dated 11/28/23 & Saxton Sign Corp, File Name: 231330-08 Exterior Channel Letters, Sheet 1 of 1, dated 11/20/23.
