Mr. Wormwood called the regular November meeting of the Town of Watertown Zoning Board of Appeal to order at 7:00 p.m.
Motion 20-22: Motion by Mr. Wormwood, seconded by Mrs. Kiernan to accept the minutes of the October 3, 2022 meeting as written and distributed.
Ayes All: Motion Carried.
VARIANCE REQUEST
Dick’s Sporting Goods – Towne Center Drive – Tax Map #82.00-2-3.1 – Variance Request of Front Setback Requirements for the Construction of a 50,000 Square Foot Building.
Tim Freitag, Project Manager for Bohler Engineering, on behalf of Dick’s Sporting Goods, review the proposed plans with members of the Zoning Board of Appeals and the reason for the variance request. Discussion followed.
Motion 21-22: Motion by Mr. Wormwood, seconded by Mrs. Knapp to schedule a public hearing on Monday, December 5, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. for Dick’s Sporting Goods, Towne Center Drive, for a variance request of front setback requirements.
Ayes All: Motion Carried.
Floral Shop – 19777 US Route 11 – Tax Map #91.05-1-5 – Variance Request for the construction of a 500 Square Foot Addition to the Existing Building.
No one was present.
Motion 22-22 Motion by Mr. Wormwood, seconded by Mrs. Kiernan to adjourn the meeting at 7:15 p.m.
