Mr. Boxberger called the special meeting of the Town of Watertown Planning Board to order at 9:00 a.m.
SIGN PERMIT
Spirit Halloween – Salmon Run Mall – 21182 Salmon Run Mall Loop West – Tax Map #82.11-1-50.21 – former Bon Ton Store – Sign Permit.
Skye Valerio, on behalf of Spirit Halloween, presented proposed plans for two temporary signs on the former Bon Ton Store at Salmon Run Mall.
The proposed signs will be 4′ x 28′. They will be display from August 21, 2019 through December 1, 2019. Discussion followed.
Motion 75-19: Motion by Mrs. Desormo, seconded by Mr. Boxberger to approve signage for Spirit Halloween, Salmon Run Mall, 21182 Salmon Run Mall Loop West, Tax Map #82.11-1-20.21. The approval is for 2 temporary signs 4′ x 28′ which will be located on the facade of the former Bon Ton Store as shown on plans prepared by Hightech Signs, dated 8/21/19, Page 1 & 2. The signs will be displayed from August 21, 2019 through December 1, 2019, conditional upon submission of a visual plan for the sign facing west and the application fee.

SUBDIVISION
TI Ag Park, LLC – NYS Route 3 – Tax Map #82.00-2-1 & #82.00-2-1.-701 – Revision of a previously approved 7 lot subdivision to a 9 lot subdivision.
Patrick Scordo, GYMO, presented plans for a 9 lot subdivision from a previously approved 7 lot subdivision for TI Ag Park, LLC – NYS Route 3 – Tax Map #82.00-2-1 & #82.00-2-1.-701. Discussion on this revision was tabled at the August 12, 2019 meeting to allow the board to get clarification of road frontage on a proposed private road.
After receiving clarification, Mr. Scordo presented proposed plans for Lot #8 and Lot #9 which meets road frontage requirements.
Discussion followed. Mr. Scordo will meet with Mr. Lundy to discuss changes and come back to the September meeting with a revised subdivision map and lot descriptions.
Motion 76-19: Motion by Mrs. Desormo, seconded by Mr. Boxberger to waive the public hearing requirement for a 9 lot subdivision for TI Ag Park, LLC, NYS Route 3, Tax Map #82.00-2-1 & #82.00-2-1.-701 as the changes are insignificant and a public hearing was previously held on July 8, 2019 for the 7 lot subdivision and no one from the public wished to speak for or against this proposed project.

SITE PLAN
TI Ag Park, LLC – NYS Route 3 – Tax Map #82.00-2-1 – Revision to a previously approved site plan for a 6,300 square foot building for Eagle Beverage to move it to the proposed newly created Lot #7.
Mr. Scordo submitted a revised EAF and updated plans for Eagle Beverage as discussed at the August 12th meeting. A drawing of the elevations still needs to be submitted. Discussion followed. The proposed project will be resubmitted to County Planning for their review.
Motion 77-19: Motion by Mrs. Desormo, seconded by Mr. Boxberger to waive the public hearing requirement for site plan of Eagle Beverage for TI Ag Park, LLC, NYS Route 3, Tax Map #82.00-2-1 as the changes are insignificant and a public hearing was previously held on July 8, 2019 and no one from the public wished to speak for or against this proposed project.
Ayes All: Motion Carried.
Mr. Scordo will appear at the September meeting with an updated subdivision plat and updated site plans.
Motion 78-19: Motion by Mr. Boxberger, seconded by Mr. Vaas to adjourn the meeting at 9:35 a.m.
