Mr. Boxberger called the special meeting of the Town of Watertown Planning Board to order at 3:00 p.m.

PUBLIC HEARING – SITE PLAN

Superior Plus Energy Services (Griffith Energy) – 21822 Gillette Road – Tax Map #90.00-6-28.2 – Construction of a 3,600 square foot office building.

Legal notice was published in the newspaper.

The rescheduled public hearing was opened at 3:00 p.m. No one from the public wished to speak. The public hearing was closed at 3:01 p.m.

SITE PLAN

Superior Plus Energy Services (Griffith Energy) – 21822 Gillette Road – Tax Map #90.00-6-28.2 – Construction of a 3,600 square foot office building.

Mr. Boxberger entered into record the review of this proposed project from the Jefferson County Department of Planning dated August 1, 2018 (Attachment #1).

Tom Ross, GYMO, reviewed the updated plans. A Highway Permit was obtain from the Town of Watertown Highway Superintendent. Permits for water and sewer connections from the Town of Watertown and NYS DOT permits are still needed. Discussion followed.

Motion 63-18: Motion by Mr. Boxberger, seconded by Mr. Smith to grant site plan approval for Superior Plus Energy Services, 21822 Gillette Road, Tax Map #90.00-6-28.2 as shown on plans prepared by Ryan Churchill, Licensed Professional Engineer, dated 7/6/15, with an issued date of 6/28/18, Project #2015-071E, Drawing #C101 & C001 and Exterior Elevation Drawing #A-201, Project #wwww, dated 6/6/18 with an issue date of 6/14/18, conditional upon submission of a color rendered drawing, an application for a sign permit when proposed signage is addressed, that existing shrubbery along the Gillette Road remain the same to the best extent possible and that replacement shrubs are planted where the existing driveway leading to the Davidson’s property is removed, and the certification and documentation be provided stating that all exterior lighting is to be dark sky compliant.

Motion 64-18: Motion by Mr. MacAdam, seconded by Mr. Boxberger to adjourn the meeting at 3:16 p.m.
