Mr. Boxberger called the special meeting of the Town of Watertown Planning Board to order at 9:15 a.m.
SIGN PERMIT
Red Robin Restaurant – 21220 Pioneer Plaza Drive – Sign Permit
Dawn Cisco, NASCO, on behalf of Red Robin Restaurant, submitted an application and proposed signage for Red Robin Restaurant, 21220 Pioneer Plaza Drive. The application fee still needs to be submitted. Discussion followed.
Motion 68-16: Motion by Mr. Boxberger, seconded by Mr. Smith to authorize the issuance of signage for Red Robin Restaurant, 21220 Pioneer Plaza Drive as shown on plans prepared by Priority Signs, dated 7/12/16, Plan C-49730 which consists of 9 pages and include a site drawing and placement of proposed signage on the building in the front, side, rear, on the windows, and replacement of the placard on the multi-tenant monument sign.

LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT
Barker Living Trust To LaClair – 16406/444 US Route 11 – Tax Map #’s 100.08-1-3.1/100.08-1-3.4 – Lot Line Adjustment.
Jeremy Thompson from LaFave, White & McGivern, presented updated plans for a lot line adjustment for the Barker Living Trust, 16406/444 US Route 11, Tax Map #’s 100.08-1-3.1/100.08-1.3.4. Discussion followed.
Motion 69-16: Motion by Mrs. Desormo, seconded by Mr. Boxberger to approve a lot line adjustment for Barker Living Trust located at 16406/444 US Route 11. The adjustment will include adding 7.97 acres to Tax Map # 100.08-1-3.4, owned by Scott LaClair. The remaining parcel will be 2.1 acres and is owned by Robert and Eleanor Barker as shown on plans prepared by LaFave White & McGivern, dated 5/25/11, File #2016L-12, Sheet #1, with the latest revision date of 9/7/16, conditional upon satisfactory review of lot descriptions.

Motion 70-16: Motion by Mr. MacAdam, seconded by Mr. Boxberger, to adjourn the meeting at 9:30 a.m.
