Mrs. Desormo called the special meeting of the Town of Watertown Planning Board to order at 9:17 a.m.
LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT
Washington Summit Associates, LLC – Mike Lundy – Lot 4C – Tax Map #91.05-1-17.259 & 4D – Tax Map #91.05-1-70 & Revised Right-of-Way – Washington Summit
Mike Lundy presented proposed plans for a lot line adjustment for Lot 4C and 4D and a revised right-of-way for these parcel located in Washington Summit. Discussion followed.
Motion 44-16: Motion by Mr. MacAdam, seconded by Mrs. Desormo to approve a lot line adjustment for Lot 4C – Tax Map #91.05-1-17.259 & Lot 4D – Tax Map #91.05-1-70 on Summit View Boulevard in Washington Summit as shown on plans prepared by GYMO, File #2010-267S.13, dated 6/14/16. Lot 4C will now be 1.264 acres and Lot 4C will now be .894 acres, conditional upon satisfactory review of lot descriptions and submission of the MYLAR.

SITE PLAN
Washington Summit Associates, LLC – Mike Lundy – Lot 4C – Tax Map # 91.05-1-17.259 – Construction of an 11,800 Square Foot Multi-Tenant Building in Washington Summit.
Mike Lundy presented proposed plans for the construction of an 11.800 square foot multi-tenant building on Lot 4C, Tax Map #91.05-1-17.259 in Washington Summit. Discussion followed.
Motion 45-16: Motion by Mr. MacAdam, seconded by Mrs. Desormo to schedule a public hearing for Washington Summit Associates, LLC for the construction of an 11,800 square foot multi-tenant building on Lot 4C in Washington Summit for Monday, July 11, 2016 at 7:00 p.m., conditional upon submission of 4 copies updated plans removing the word proposed, showing the lighting plan, and all elevations.
Ayes All: Motion Carried.
The board also asked Mr. Lundy to re-submit the proposed sidewalk plan for Washington Summit that he prepared last year for their review.
Motion 46-16: Motion by Mr. MacAdam, seconded by Mrs. Desormo to adjourn the meeting at 9:55 a.m.
