Mrs. Desormo called the special meeting of the Town of Watertown Planning Board to order at 8:32 a.m.
LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT
Paul Desormo 20638 Weaver Road, Tax Map #83.15-2-10.1/Tim Desormo, 20682 Weaver Road, Tax Map #83.15-2-10.4. Lot Line Adjustment.
Mrs. Desormo will abstain from discussion.
The board reviewed proposed plans for a lot line adjustment for Tim Desormo, 20682 Weaver Road, Tax Map #83.15-2-10.4 and Paul Desormo, 20638 Weaver Road, Tax Map #83.15-2-10.1. The lot line adjustment is to remove 3 wells from Tax Map #83.15-2-10.1 and add it to Tax Map #83.15-2-10.4 for financing purposes to allow a family member to purchase the property. Discussion followed.
Lot descriptions and an updated plat clarifying property lines needs to be submitted.
Motion 11-16: Motion by Mr. MacAdam, seconded by Mr. Vaas to grant a lot line adjustment as shown on plans prepared by Patsy Storino entitled Desormo Lot Line Adjustment Weaver Road, File #12-053-Watertown, Drawing #1 with an original date of 10/22/12 and latest revision date of 2/8/16. The lot line adjustment removes 1.097 acres from Tax Map #83.15-2-10.1 and adds it to Tax Map #83.15-10.4 making it 2.706 acres and incorporating 3 wells onto the parcel, Tax Map #83.15-2-10.1 will now be 35.5 acres, conditional upon submission of an updated plat and satisfactory review of lot descriptions.

Motion 12-16: Motion by Mrs. Desormo, seconded by Mr. Smith to adjourn the meeting at 8:55 a.m.
