Mr. Wormwood called the regularly scheduled meeting of the Town of Watertown Zoning Board of Appeals to order at 7:00 p.m.
Motion 21-14: Motion by Mr. Cooney, seconded by Mr. Lanham to accept the minutes of the July 2, 2014 meeting as written and distributed.
Ayes All: Motion Carried.
Jamie Short – Old Garage Deli B 18564 US Route 11 B Variance request for proposed signage.
Jamie Short submitted a completed application and proposed plans for signage for Old Garage Deli, 18564 US Route 11. They can meet the State=s setback requirements but cannot meet the additional 15′ Town setback requirement. Discussion followed.
Motion 22-14: Motion by Mr. Wormwood, seconded by Mr. Lanham to schedule a public hearing for setback requirements for Old Garage Deli, 18564 US Route 11 for Wednesday, December 3, 2014 at 7:00 p.m.

Abstention B 1: Motion Carried.
John Bellinger B 20255 NYS Route 3 B Tax Map #82.11-1-33.1 B Area variance request.
John Bellinger submitted a completed application and proposed plans for an area variance of road frontage at 20255 NYS Route 3. Discussion followed.
Mr. Bellinger has to decide which plans he wants to submit for the variance request.
Motion 23-14: Motion by Mr. Lanham, seconded by Mr. Wormwood to schedule a public hearing for an area variance for John Bellinger, 20255 NYS Route 3 for Wednesday, December 3, 2014 at 7:00 p.m.

Motion 24-14: Motion by Mr. Lanham, seconded by Mr. Wormwood to adjourn the meeting at 7:45 p.m.
