Mr. Boxberger called the special meeting of the Town of Watertown Planning Board to order at 9:00 a.m.
Site Plan
KDM Alliance, Inc. (Purcell Construction) – US Route 11 – Tax Map #91.05-1-2.1 – 5,000 Square Foot Office Building.
Tom Ross, GYMO & Jeff Walseman, Purcell Construction, submitted a letter from the New York State Department of Transportation dated September 23, 2014 (Attachment #1) with a conceptual approval for a proposed right-in/right-out driveway on US Route 11 – Tax Map #91.05-1-2.1 and a contour map for the proposed 5,000 square foot office building. Discussion followed.
Motion 74-14: Motion by Mr. Boxberger, seconded by Mr. MacAdam to scheduled a special meeting of the Town of Watertown Planning Board Meeting and public hearing for site plan review for KDM Alliance, Inc., US Route 11, Tax Map #91.05-1-2.1 for a 5,000 square foot office building on October 14, 2014 at 9:00 a.m.
Ayes All: Motion Carried.
Motion 75-14: Motion by Mr. Boxberger, seconded by Mr. MacAdam to adjourn the meeting at 9:20 a.m.
