Mr. Boxberger called the regular meeting of the Town of Watertown Planning Board to order at 7:00 p.m.

Motion 1-16: Motion by Mr. Smith, seconded by Mr. MacAdam to accept the minutes of the December 7, 2015 meeting as written and distributed.

Ayes All: Motion Carried.

Motion 2-16: Motion by Mr. Boxberger, seconded by Mr. Vaas to reschedule the regular February meeting of the Town of Watertown Planning Board for Thursday, January 28, 2016 at 7:00 p.m.

Ayes All: Motion Carried.

LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT

Margaret Harryman – 22335 Swan Road – Tax Map #91.13-1-20/Jacob Johnston – 22207 Swan Road – Tax Map #91.13-1-22 – Lot Line Adjustment.

Adam Storino, on behalf of Margaret Harryman and Jacob Johnston, submitted a completed application, proposed plans, and lot descriptions for a lot line adjustment at 22207/22335 Swan Road – Tax Map #91.13-1-22 & 91.13-1-20. Discussion followed.

Motion 3-16: Motion by Mrs. Desormo, seconded by Mr. Boxberger to grant a lot line adjustment for Jacob Johnston – Tax Map #91-13-1-22/Margaret Harryman – Tax Map #91-13-1-20 located at 22207/22335 Swan Road as shown on Drawing #V101 by Adams Storino, Sheet 1 of 1, dated 12/24/15, File #15-056-Watn showing that 8.08 acres will be subtracted from Tax Map #91.13-1-22 and assembled into Tax Map #91.13-1-20, conditional upon satisfactory review of lot descriptions.

SUBDIVISION

Derek Martin – 20973 Cagwin Road – Tax Map #100.08-1-7 – 2 Lot Subdivision

Michael Battista, on behalf of Derek Martin, submitted a completed application and proposed plans for a 2 lot subdivision at 20973 Cagwin Road, Tax Map #100.08-1-7. Discussion followed.

A lot line adjustment will be filed this week to allow for the subdivision. All adjacent property owners need to be cited on the plans.

Motion 4-16: Motion by Mrs. Boxberger, seconded by Mr. Smith to schedule a public hearing for a 2 lot subdivision for Derek Martin, 20973 Cagwin Road, Tax Map #100.08-1-7, for Thursday, January 28, 2016 at 7:00 p.m., conditional upon full assemblage of the O’Connor parcel with the Martin Parcel.

Ayes All: Motion Carried.

Gregory Steiner – 18232 County Route 156/Laurie Sullivan, 18184 County Route 156 – Lot Line Adjustment

Gregory Steiner, Sr. submitted a completed application and proposed plans for a lot line adjustment at 18232/18184 County Route 156. Discussion followed.

Lot descriptions needs to be submitted.

Motion 5-16: Motion by Mrs. Desormo, seconded by Mr. Boxberger to grant a lot line adjustment for Gregory Steiner, 18232 County Route 156 and Laurie Sullivan, 18184 County Route 156 as shown on Drawing #1 prepared by GYMO Engineering, signed by Howard Lyndaker, Project #2015-336S, dated 12/31/15. The approval is for the assemblage of 4.367 acres from Tax Map #91.12-1-12.1 to Tax Map #91.12-1-13, conditional upon satisfactory approval of lot descriptions.

SITE PLAN

Mike Lundy – Washington Summit – Lot 4B – Amended Site Plan

Terry Wood submitted updated site plans for Lot 4B in Washington Summit. Discussion followed.

Motion 6-16: Motion by Mr. MacAdam, seconded by Mr. Smith to waive site plan review as the revised plans are less than a 10% increase in the square footage of the original site plan approved on August 3, 2015 and grant site plan approval as shown on plans prepared by GYMO entitled Pediatric Associates of Watertown, Summit Drive, Lot 4B, Project #2015-242, Sheet C101, dated 12/7/15 and Sheet A201, dated 9/21/15.

Ayes All: Motion Carried.

Motion 7-16: Motion by Mr. MacAdam, seconded by Mr. Boxberger to adjourn the meeting at 7:30 p.m.
